Its sad to hear coastal people are selling land they were given title deeds the other day by the President & His Deputy for as little as kshs10,000 per acre. The local leadership and government must do something about it if its true.. The perennial land problem will never leave this country & land will always be used as a political hot cake.... This to me looks like washing a pig which would still come back to the same mad and get dirty. Where are influential politicians to advice and convince them on importance of such land with tittle deed which is an asset unlike the previous days when they did not have tittle deeds and such lands were dead capital.
