Its so amazing how God will send us a message when we need it. I have been suffering from an injury for over a month now and just havent been able to get back on track. I started receiving therapy and the first thing the therapist told me was this pain that youre dealing with has almost trained your posture into a downward position and u dont even realize it so therefore I need u at all times holding your head up. He goes on to say that in order to get some relief u need to hold your head up even while sleeing. All during the day just try to hold your head up as much as possible. That message was confirmation that no matter how bad things seem in order to reverse it u must hold your head up and trust that God is going to carry u through. Have a blessed week fam!
