Its so cold. Our heat is cranking constantly and its still only 66 in the hallway. Colder in our bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Only warm rooms are the office hubby and I share and the bathroom. And the basement and garage? Thats like being outside. The basement only has one heat vent and garage has none. I think the wind chill (which the weather dudes now call the feels like temperature I guess because some folks are too dumb to know what wind chill means) is about minus 5 right now. During the night it could be anywhere between minus 15 and minus 30. What?!?!? This sure does remind me of the winters of 77 and 78. I was in Michigan in winter 77 and our wind chills got to more than 60 below zero. Im wearing a sweatshirt and a long sweater coat and was curled up on the sofa with a thick comforter and I was still cold. Cant wait until Saturday. By then were supposed to have a heat wave - of about 35. Yippee skippy.
