Its so ironic because just the other day Sybill posted a copy of a Penmanship guide that was used in School with letters and numbers that you were taught to use when doing cursive writing. I said that I had a class in penmanship when I was going to school and now how students are allowed to print papers,and anything that has to be turned in for grading. I said I dint think print was neat and not everyone was good at it. Well today I am reading the paper and a headline reads. Standards on cursive writing being rewritten. They have decided that children are using keyboards but they need to be able to write also.. An expert says cursive writing conveys intelligence,grace,engages creativity and builds brain cells. I am quite impressed theyre going to re-introduce cursive writing.
