Its so quiet in here. Dave was recording a program and it finished and so there is no TV sound. Just nice quietness in my room, save and except the snore of dachshund and Heidi the WD and the gentle whir of the ceiling fan. I have to tell you to be careful what you wish for. I have struggled and I mean struggled ALL MY LIFE with naturally curly hair. I have straightened, gelled, moussed, ironed, dried, bleached, sprayed, flat-ironed, rolled on orange juice cans and frosted it. Still, it would kink up like a Brillo pad. I have literally prayed to have straight hair. About six months ago I noticed that my hair was getting straighter. I just thought maybe it was the lack of humidity in the winter air and the dry central heat in the house. My prayers had been answered. I thought. Then, come to find out, I couldnt do a thing with it. It was too straight. I had to re-learn how to do my hairs because I was so accustomed to trying to straighten. I had never dealt with straight hair before. Now, I cant even work up a good wave. I want my old hair back. Maybe the increasing humidity will kink it back up. I promise not to ever wish away a true gift I was born with. (IUOPAEOSN) Night night! Sweet dreams with angels on your pillows.
