Its so sad to think that because of strictly imposing rules to put everything into place, the real essence of fun is wholly defeated. My previous adviser once told me that student welfare should always come first, before anything else (thats the way it should be). The college days is supposed to be fun, yet all I can feel right now is the pressure from the organizers who demand as if they have laid down everything a month before, (as if no changes have been made to their previously laid down activities) plus the groups wanting to win but at the expense of the other groups. I was looking for the slightest bit of consideration but unfortunately, it wasnt present. Why cant we just do everything for fun!? To neglect the idea of pushing other groups down for the sake of winning. To consider the CBAA Days as a break from our ultra-stressful academic affairs. Simple as that. And since its technically my last semester in college (prior to my OJT this second sem), I will perhaps just play it cool. I will devote myself in meeting new people, of admiring new talents that might sprout and of making the most out of MY college life. So if they happen to forget the real meaning of camaraderie, I will do my best to make them remember! Mag-lingaw-lingaw lang gud ta friends! Anyway, ang memories man atong maremember kung gi-catheter na ta, and dili man ang rank! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Thats all, thank you! :D
