Its taken me a long time to get to where I am and now everything that I have worked so hard for has paid off!!! I have been accepted to the Ph.D program at the Medical College of Wisconsin for their physiology department. I am grateful to my mentors at Cal Poly and to my mentors at the VA Medical center, MN. To my parents that have supported me without understanding what or why I do what I do. My sister, who I am very proud of for following her path and my brother who is just starting out on his! I am excited that I am making my dreams/goals come true!!!! :) And lastly my friends/lab mates who were in the trenches with me!!!
