Former Charlotte mayor Patrick Cannon could be indicted as early as today. Thats because the federal grand jury is scheduled to meet today. Well be LIVE with more details. Search crews are trying to find a U-S Marine who reportedly fell from an osprey aircraft in eastern North Carolina. Marine officials say it happened during a training mission in Bladen County. Tega Cays City Council has decided it will NOT begin its meetings with a formal prayer. Council voted on the issue last night. Union workers at three North Carolina truck manufacturing plants - in Cleveland, Mount Holly and Gastonia - have a new contract that includes higher wages and other benefits. The contract includes a $7,000 bonus, wage increases and extra pay for working night shifts.
