Personal goals and team goals. And not just for packages sold or dollars made. Maybe the goal this year is to work up the courage to ask 3 new people if they will buy. Maybe the goal this year is to do all the math herself. **It is about responsibility. Making a promise to deliver a product and keeping that promise. Learning to safeguard money. Learning about turning in forms on time. **It is about financial literacy. Learning how to count out change, learning that selling 10 boxes does NOT pay for a trip to Disney World, LOL. **It is about being part of a team. Compromising that maybe not all the girls want to spend the troop money the way you want to. **It is about customer service. Knowing your product, saying please and thank you - even when you DONT get the sale. **It is about community service. Using your troop money to make the world a better place or donating cookies as a thank you or to a cause less fortunate. **It is about so much more than the cookies.
