Its that time again!!! Sorry for the repetitive posts, but some occasional rants are needed. Dear HP and Meg Whitman, Your HP L25500 large format printer is a piece of crap. How many times can the engineers replace the same part before they say, Hmm, what about another heater element? Try 5. This last time they tried a new part. That case closed on September 4th. Another heater code error was thrown today. So apparently, they will try to replace it again and/or open some box and let it run. Im the guinea pig. No worries, Ive been called worse. You have a long and bumpy road ahead of you as the new CEO of HP. Yes, I am just a small business in the state of Alabama. Yes, I am a small voice in the millions of HP product owners. Yes, my issues are being addressed (for lack of a better phrase). And finally.....Yes, Im a 5 foot tall, petite woman full of PISS and VINEGAR that plans to ride this roller coaster all the way to the top. This firecracker can only take so much before she explodes and today I pick HP. I want my printer FIXED. I want compensation for the yards and yards and yards of material wasted because of this P.O.S. printer. I want compensation for the ink loss. Oh, I pay $135 per cartridge and theres 6 of them. I want a case of Motrin for the headaches this printer has caused me. You cant replace the time Ive lost with my kids by working late to finish something on my Mimaki that the HP couldnt do. Im just weeks away from purchasing a new flat bed printer. Can you guess what brand? ROLAND! I hope this post reaches many businesses that are considering the purchase of a new large format printer.
