Its that time again! Time for your fitness challenge of the week! Todays challenge was inspired by a video one of my challengers posted so thank you Joanna! Im calling this move Plank Split slide To do this move you need two paper plates or two pieces of cardboard. Get into a plank position with your feet on the cardboard. Slide your legs apart into a split, back together, then bring your knees to your chest, and back to plank. Thats one rep! Repeat x10. Make sure to keep your back flat, core tight, and glutes squeezed! Have fun with this and share with your friends!
