This is the class that is guaranteed to keep you on your toes - be prepared to be pushed like you have never been pushed before! 75 minutes of fantastic boxing and self defence moves, designed for both men & women of all fitness levels; the Boot Camp will make great use of the Metro Vaults wide range of equipment, including the boxing bags as well as our competition sized pro Boxing Ring, as used by Argenis Mendez, whilst preparing his successful World Title Challenge. You too will have the opportunity to slip on a pair of 10oz combat gloves and climb into the ring with our outstanding coach, Nigel Wilkes, who possesses a wealth a boxing and instructor experience.
