Anyways, you know the proper etiquette! Lets tell you about the prix fixe. Weve received some special requests from our special friends and so they happen to be on. We start off w/ the julienned green papaya salad w/ a sweet, tangy, & spicy dressing and your choice shrimp or tofu. The main course has two options. We have the thit kho tau, aka sweetened braised pork, w/ baby bok choy and white jasmine rice. We also have the freakishly delicious five star spice ground beef and chopped kale w/ white jasmine rice. For the entremet, we have the superhero blueberry smoothie in a mini-shot glass. Finally, dessert time! We have the veteran dulce de leche tarts w/ cashew & pistachio nuts. The newbie, is a homemade, hand peeled cherry pie.
