Its the 4th of July! Our border town, eastport, maine, will be the center of all activities today...what memories I have of celebrating the 4th from 6yrs. Old til now...my biggest and best memorie is how much my grandfather, hazen loved to celebrate this day...even at the age of 90. Independence Day! Freedom! Thats quite the word isnt it? Jesus paid the price 2000 yrs. ago for every person born after his death and resurrection, would be set free from sin...thats powerful stuff! Have a great day everyone, no matter what you do or where you are going... Hannah and I were remembering last year this day, when I woke Dickie for the day, he wanted to know what ferry we were going on to go to the fourth...he couldnt even get out of bed at that point...we just laughed together remembering... Remember what I have been stressing to you all, live like theres no tomorrow and love like your on borrowed time! I know its repetitive but it bears repeating...besides it is so rewarding to love and be loved! Matter of fact, its more than rewarding! Its part of the blessing of The Lord! Xo
