Its the 7th day of our #RPN12DaysofFitness Can you believe there are only 6 more days until Christmas ?! On the 7th Day of Fitness my Instructor gave to meeee... 7 CROSS JACKS, 6 Scissor Runs, 5 Diamond Juuuuuumps, 4 Tricep Push Ups 3 Frog Burpees, 2 Hip Ups And a plank hold counting to 30 Join in the FIT FUN WHY?? Well WHY not?! FUN FITNESS! Put all exercises TOGETHER each day (see previous posts for videos)! QUICK and EFFECTIVE For these CROSS JACKS: *Be sure to keep your core TIGHT by pulling belly button to spine. this will help support the back *To MODIFY: Take out the jump and do 1 leg at a time without jumping.
