Its the 9th day of our #RPN12DaysofFitness Can you believe there are only 4 more days until Christmas ?! On the 9th Day of Fitness my Instructor gave to meeee... 9 DEEP SQUATS, 8 X Jumps, 7 Cross Jacks, 6 Scissor Runs, 5 Diamond Juuuuuumps, 4 Tricep Push Ups 3 Frog Burpees, 2 Hip Ups And a plank hold counting to 30 Join in the FIT FUN WHY?? Well WHY not?! FUN FITNESS! Put all exercises TOGETHER each day (see previous posts for videos)! QUICK and EFFECTIVE For these SQUATS: *All the weight in your heels (you should be able to wiggle your toes) *Knees should not go past your toes *Be sure to keep your core TIGHT by pulling belly button to spine. this will help support the back *Chest is lifted *Squeeze glutes EVERYTIME you come up *To MODIFY: Just shorten range of motion Shoot...TAG a friend or 2 to do it with you!
