Its the busiest week of work of the year for Dan and I. Paul is home and doing great- hes so super happy. Talked to docs at chop yesterday and we will likely go for another procedure sometime between jan- April. This procedure will buy us more time so we can hopefully be home longer stretches of time as we wait for a new heart. If the procedure keeps the plastic bronchitis at bay for months or even years we just keep waiting here at home and may not even need the transplant. If it doesnt work or a heart becomes available sooner thats the path we will take. We are just maximizing options so Paul can have the longest life. God has blessed us with incredible family friends and baby sitters that continue to put their lives on pause to help. We are so grateful to each of you for your support and the continued prayers. Yesterday at my work meeting I was asked about Paul so often- thats the power of fraternity so loving and loyal to our fraternal family. god is good all the time.
