Its the coldest day of the year, and were thinking about Spring! As you may be aware, we have grown in leaps and bounds this year. Weve added over 50 routes and have hired drivers, monitors and aides to fill the positions created. That being said - We are looking for more good, dedicated people to provide safe transportation for our customers. Springtime is our busiest season, and were looking for people interested in training now in order to meet those needs. If you know of someone who would be a good addition to our team, now is the time to encourage them! We are currently offering a $2,000 sign-on bonus for white carded drivers! Applicants who do not already have a white card can receive a $500 sign-on bonus, along with paid training and reimbursement of licensing fees up to $200. Any current employee who refers someone who becomes CDL licensed and white carded will be eligible for a $500 referral bonus!! If you are an Ocean State Transit monitor or aide and become licensed, you can be eligible for a $1,000 bonus!
