Its the last day of 2014 and I wanted to end with something I knew I couldnt do earlier this year. I had a lot to choose from because I have learned SO much from yoga challenges this year. But today I was inspired by to try Flying Lizard because of a fellow yogi on Instagram. I have never been able to do this pose until today. Why? It was all in my approach. I was always trying to transition into it. But his approach was much easier and I was able to find my balance. So as the year progresses and you look at your goals, remember: if something isnt working change your approach, things arent always as complicated as they seem, look around to learn from others and never, ever give up on yourself.
