Its the last day of posting three paintings a day for five days challenge & it couldnt have worked out any better. I was always intending to post some snowy themed paintings & today it snowed, a couple of heavyish falls for about 20 minutes each & not enough to settle but it did look wonderful. There could be more tonight so ive got my fingers crossed because I love it. Andrew Evans whom I nominated yesterday posted some fabulous snowy paintings last night which I shared on this page. They had a great response from you all & im not surprised. I just hope mine will be enjoyed by you all too. The first is of a Fox at the edge of the river Towy as the snow is melting in the low afternoon sun. The second is off Aberglasney Gardens under a blanket of snow & a heavy snow ladened sky with the tracks of Foxes upon the icy covering. Lastly a watercolour scene which recently won the December challenge in the SAA art group ( Society for All Artists ) Ive really enjoyed the challenge, so thank you Elizabeth McCrindle for nominating me. Only one more thing to do & thats to nominate my last Artist of the week to post three paintings a day for five days. Vernon Jones, are you up for it? People need to see your wonderful seascapes. Oh I almost forgot to mention, im going to be working on some new snowy paintings very soon. Ill post them when ready :-)
