Its the little things that you do each day that add up to being healthy and fit. While we do what we can to be as health-conscious as we can, it is always a work in progress since there are many elements to a healthy lifestyle. Pick one thing that you can do and do it well opposed to trying to commit to lots of things, your more likely to stick at it and make it a part of your lifestyle. This could be drinking an extra glass of water per day, get more sleep, cut that tspn of sugar from your tea/coffee, always have breakfast, start walking weekly, eat less packaged food, grow some of your own veges, eat more fruit...... what ever it is make a commitment and do it consistantly. Small steps can lead to big changes.
