Its the time of year when we get a lot of questions about when things will be ready...heres our best guesses at this point. Sorry, this may be the longest Facebook post ever. Keep in mind this can change due to the weather: Sweet Corn - our own should be here around July 12th. Yes...its gonna be late this year. You can blame the cold spring. Tomatoes - our own available now. We have Green and Red! Green Beans - upick and pre-picked of our own should start around July 10th Lodi Apples - I think we should have them in the store July 10th. There is a somewhat limited supply of Lodi this year (probably available for 1-2 weeks.) All other apples we have a great crop! Cantaloupe - we are getting some from Georgia for the 1st of July. Southern Indiana will be Mid-July. Ours will be late July. Michigan Blueberries. There is a limited crop due to the cold winter. Some should be available starting July 5th ish. Canning Tomatoes - we are now taking orders, but the bulk of the caners will be available in August. Freestone Peaches - the first of the freestones should start around July 5th. We think the better freestones from the south will be mid-July and Early August. There will not be an Indiana peach crop this year due to the cold winter. Blackberries - we will have a very limited amount of pre-picked berries in early August. There will not be any u-pick blackberries due to the extremely cold winter. Black Raspberries - Tuttles does not grow Black Raspberries. We have frozen available or we recommend picking at @SpencerFarm in Noblesville. Pickles - We are now taking orders for pickling cucumbers. They will be available in from now through August. Supply varies daily due to rain and demand Watermelon - Our own will be ready in August. Southern Indiana may be ready in late July. Freezing Corn - We will plan to have available in Late July and August.
