Its the week of Thanksgiving! So, I, along with MANY other health and fitness people will be posting about how to get through the holiday without crazy binging! My goal is to ENJOY Thanksgiving - not stress about calories - but also work hard to not overindulge. I know for sure Ill be getting my workout in that morning!
