Its time I start to CUT some of the excess fat!! I havent really been focussing on the nutrition side of things over the last few months. I still eat healthy and clean and all, because that just comes natural to me now. What I have been doing though is convincing myself that I can eat what I want because I am training so much. Which isnt the case! My weight has been pretty consistent which is good but my body fat hasnt dropped at all like I wanted it to. So on Monday I went back to an old habit of tracking my calories. So many people bash it and say its crazy to track every morsel of food, but I think 99% of people would be astonished at how much they ACTUALLY eat compared to what they think they eat and what they SHOULD eat. I was! I also think that when people say things like that it is really just an excuse they tell themselves for why they cant do it. Im not about excuses and I do my best to not use them. Anyway just to give you an example, since Monday Ive dropped 3lbs. More importantly though, my abs are starting to POP again!!! LMAO But seriously. Spartan Race is tough enough without carrying around any extra weight that you dont need to be! One more step towards making 2015 my best year yet! #YouGottaEarnIt #YearOfThePodium
