Its time again! Your fitness challenge of the week! This move is compliments of the lovely Chalene Johnson and #PiYo! This is a great move for the abs and obliques. It also works the shoulders and booty! To do this move: 1. Start like you were going to do a side plank except put your knee down. 2. Make sure your hand is beneath your shoulder and your knee is under your hip. 3. Bring your top arm up parallel to your ear and lift your top leg up and bring it behind you. 4. Crunch your knee and elbow towards each other then return to starting position. 5. Repeat x 10 reps then do the same thing on the other side! So like, share, and get moving!
