Its time for Bawdy Poem Wednesday. For our Gala (coming on May 18--get your tickets before its too late), were holding a bawdy poem contest. This weeks poem is another haiku, and it comes from Kit Gordon: board member, Twelfth Nights dramaturg, and all around classic lit queen. Bright day moves to dusk Your eyes shine like summer stars Dream on in my arms. ...So its not terribly bawdy. Unless the writer has 20 arms. And the reader has 20 eyes. And then its super sci-fi.
