Its time for Flashback Friday! The Road To WrestleMania continues! This time we look back at one of my favorite rumbles of all time. At this time The Undertaker won the then WWF Championship from Hulk Hogan, Hogan then reclaimed the title at the one night only Tuesday In Texas event via throwing the ashes in the urn at Taker. WWF President Jack Tunney saw this and stripped Hogan of the title. So for the first time ever, the Royal Rumble match actually meant something. Up until 1991 the Rumble match was just a match, the winner never went to WrestleMania to face the champion (although some of the booking had the rumble winner face the champion anyway just because of storylines at the right place at the right time) but this is special, the WWE(F) Championship was on the line in this match, thats right, we look at the 1992 Royal Rumble, also known as the Flair Rumble, as done by the lads at OSW Review https://youtube/watch?v=Z4IoFIPkPvY A few things to keep in mind however: 1. This was originally recorded and uploaded during the passing of Paul Bearer, so a small homage is shown at the beginning of the video. 2.
