Its time for a #MerryChristmas edition of #SuccessStory time :) Today is one of those days where you likely ate a little to much. Today is also one of those days where you really start to think about your goals for #2015. I wanted to share this email I got from a client of mine, Gayle . She signed up to participate in the Flat Belly Challenge this fall with a goal of showing up to her doctor appointment a new, improved, and healthier version of herself. She has since lost over 20lbs and 7% body fat. Gayle had her check up and this is what she had to report. It is a great example of whats #possible Hi Jesse I wanted to wait until I had my lab results before I told you about my doctor appt. I am over the top happy. My weight was down 7 pounds from last year, its down 23 pounds since Oct 1st. My doctor said to me you are so fit and healthy it is pleasure seeing you. Which of course made me feel good. My labs, overall cholesterol was high but my ldl is low and my hdl is well over normal. My triglycerides were lower than average glucose was very good so I cant even began to tell you how great I felt. And so far at work even though every dept I go in has candy and cookies in so far I looked at and asked myself do I really want that and decided no I dont. That is the first time in my life I have ever did that. Cookies and chocolate anything have always been a huge vice of mine. Your positive feedback and webinars and over all attitude about life has made me step back and really take a long look at myself inside and out at the time I really didnt like what I saw but slowly I am trying to change my attitude toward myself and my relationship with food. I know everyday is a work in progress but forward is the only place I want to head. This is what is possible for Gayle, what is possible for you? If you have a fitness goal in 2015 I encourage you to participate in the 28 Day Flat Belly Challenge. Signups open up tomorrow :) The program will begin first week of January. #CarpeDiem, Jesse
