Its time for another rant about the neighbors busted sewer line ..... the landlord of this house... I wont mention any names, but he is a self made insurance man in our area ;) near the old hot dog house, anywhoooo it seems ppl in this town are scared of him for whatever reason. The head of public Works in covington va says its not against the law to let raw sewage spill onto the ground as long as you throw lime on it!?? Are you kidding me? The head of the health Dept environmental Dept says the same thing. I called to go above Mr fix at the health Dept and the lady said and I quote I cant give you that number, Ill get in trouble ??!! 7 years ago we installed an outdoor wood stove and were made to also put in a 25 foot stack to carry the smoke up because it was a hazard for the neighbors to breath the smoke?? Personally, Ill take smoke over shit any day! Ive come to the conclusion that this insurance man/wanna be landlord, the public Works Dept and the health Dept are more full of shit than the neighbors yard! Finally got in contact with roanoke health Dept and waiting for some answers. If anyone has any valuable info please let us know!
