Its time for your Song of the Day and I havent slept a wink all night. 3 situations are sitting heavy on my mind. Tuesday my doctor and I decided that, having been off of chemo for 7 weeks caring for mom, taking the last 3 treatments would not make sense. I look forward to hear about a GREAT reading of my ca125, the cAnswer test. Secondly my mommy finds out today whether the cAnswer in her has spread or that she can do chemo and a possible clinical trial. Third is my dad. His health is failing and hes looking at end of life with open arms. My salvation yesterday was being home and being with the Threshold Choir. Singing ALWAYS helps me in some form, but this beautiful group of women wraps me up in love and light and holds me close. Ive missed many rehearsals being with mom. But no time passes between us. So today I dedicate Sweet Dreams to my mom, my dad, my oncologist and the Bloomington Threshold choir. Im going back to bed.
