Form: Feet just wider than shoulder width Toes turned out Reach fingers towards the floor Drop into a squat position keeping the chest up and abs tight Touch the floor with your finger tips Spring up through your toes Land softly on your toes and then rock back onto your heels for the next squat Lets do it!
