Its time to crank the ole Lynchburg Hoops up again. There will b no balls bouncing in Lynchburg this year. Only if some little kid knocks on the door and asks me to go work on something . The last three years have been great with the kids. Three years in a row we have ended our season at Nationals in I Indiana. A fifth place finish in 2012,A runner-up second in 2013 and a fifth in 2014. We have had numerous All-Americans and even more Academic All-Americans. Our GPA has always been in the top 5 in the USA, bringing honor to a school that has none. In each of our three years our schedule has been ranked number 3 or2. The last two years we have funded our program from personal or raised funds. The Kids deserved more. We ,however made it and those that want to be moved to a better more trusted situation have been moved. Jan Zornjan our 6-7 will be at Florida College, Linas Janeneas will be at Columbia International. Dennis Gravely has options and waiting on his grades to b under review. Lequan McPhaul has options and is entered the business world and having great success. Jr. Kuon has been offered by Auburn ,we are waiting on his grades to b released. This has been difficult getting grades released. Irv Cato his working hard to try and earn his way into European pro play. All of u will b glad to know that Big Egorshakmetov is playing pro in Moscow, Dmitry Zmin playing in Novosibirsk ,Jussi Turja in Finland and Tony Tolavae is in his first pro year in Australia. This is fantastic for a team that was dormant for 50 years. A few others have not made a decision on next year and I trust they will. I want to thank all u great supporters. These kids have achieved far more than anyone thought possible.
