Its time to make a formal announcement regarding the exciting news I hinted about last Friday...hence my sons formal attire in the one photo! Nick and I have started a brand new business (of course with the help of my wonderful hubby), and wed like to introduce it to our FB family FIRST! Our stray dog Butchie was used & abused and left in the street abandoned, alone and empty. Just like Butchie, wine bottles are often found discarded and empty. We have found a great way to love our stray wine bottles and corks just like we love our Butchie! Hence the formation of Stray Dog Candles & Stuff… At Stray Dog Candles & Stuff... we reuse, recycle and repurpose used wine bottles by hand-cutting and sanding them. We then hand-pour soy candles, with metal-free wicks, into the bottles! We also love stray wine & champagne corks soooo much that we create trivets, snowmen and reindeer ornaments using them. In order to sell our wares to the public we have decided to attend some festivals this Fall. We will be exhibiting at the Palmerton Community Festival Sept. 5, 6 & 7th. We will also be attending other show/festivals, as well as selling items in our gift shop this upcoming Christmas. Of course you may contact me if you would like to order something, as we can ship within the GREAT 48 or you may pick-up if you live locally!!! NOW…THE SOOPER-DOOPER FUN PART!
