Its tradition to wish everyone well for the New Year and I join in - TopicsExpress

Its tradition to wish everyone well for the New Year and I join in that chorus. Looking back over the past year I am filled with gratitude for being this far along my recovery journey. It was exactly two years ago when I was first diagnosed with cancer and since then I have been met with a ton of support and love, all of which has been monumentally important to me! Ive had great highlights in 2014 from great coffee conversations, cottage outing, amazing family times, re-engaging in a limited amount of counselling work and most of all, despite episodes of discomfort and pain, I have maintained an optimistic and positive attitude with the desire to inspire others. I know of several folks who are entering this January facing exceedingly stressful situations. Kindness, courage, authenticity and real support is greater than gold when it is founded in Love. May we all be there for each other without judgment or bias but rather make an indelible mark of mercy for others while living each and every day we are given being fully alive and present in the moment so we can look back over this year giving thanks for the precious memories made during 2015.
