Its very fitting that one of Gov. Pat Quinns last acts in office was to sign SB172, the historic voting rights bill which not only gives citizens greater access to the vote, but will modernize the voter registration databases. Many of the components of my “All In” plan, most notably Election Day registration and increased government agency registration, are now reality with the signing of this bill, which took place on Saturday.
