Its very important when you are in Leadership that you learn to properly process pain, heartache, and disappointment. If not, you will eventually start to Leak what I mean is the way you Minister will be more influenced by your pain, anger, and disappointment rather than the Spirit of God. Your Messages will become Marred and rather than Preaching you will start Projecting your Teaching becomes Tainted and what use to be a place of Ministry will slowly become a place of Massacre please know that the condition of the Heart directly effects The Eyes rather than Seeing you start Looking and theres a major difference and instead of Imparting you only now Injure and instead of Empowering you now Execute you Break rather than Build and do more Damaging instead of Developing eventually you get to a place where you Resent the people you were Sent to......Ministry can be very complex at times.....and things are rarely never what they seem to be on the Surface. Get in the Secret Place with God, always remember, real Ministry is birthed out of a Relationship with God, a personal place of intimacy....the Relationship that existed before Responsibilities Listen....Go back to THAT PLACE....Before you had a Position and Platform....thats the place where Healing and Restoration can take place. If not, the Enemy will reduce Ministry to a Obligation rather than a Divine Opportunity to serve God....by Serving His People. Remember, every Moses needs a Jethro and I Decree and Declare to every Man and Woman of God who has a Hurting Heart, God is surrounding you with Jethros those who can give you Wisdom and Strategies necessary to lift the burden of Ministry!
