Its warm in the house and snugly but I just have to suck it up, I made my body a promise to become the best version of myself I can be ........ chuck on a jumper and go for a big walk. I just know I will feel so much better after it, but dont worry even people like me who cant stay still for long gets the CBFs :) ...... you can do it too, even if its just something for 5mins to get the heart rate up. ok 9pm off I go NO EXCUSES
