Its was -15 in Montreal early this morning. But as I walked the 35 seconds from my car to the gym, I felt equipped. Fully decked out in winter gear, I was warm from head to toe. And then, I felt a random piece of fluff in my mouth. It was uncomfortable, so I tried to remove it by sliding the back of my glove along my tongue. Which resulted in more random pieces of fluff in my mouth. Discouraged and chewing on fluff, I relented by taking my glove off to get at the random pieces of fluff with my bare hand. And then my hand got cold. Really cold. I no longer felt equipped. Random pieces of fluff should not have that much power...
