Its weird that when I go to work tonight it will be my last night of training and Ive already had people call in who refuse to work with an 18 year old who is more than half my age. People when i ask them to just do some thing little they just argue with me about why they should, and who completely disrespect me in front of costumers and other employees... I gave everyone a lot of r espect and now I dont get any because Im only 18 and too young to be a boss of people twice my age... I dont know what else to do but still work hard and keep my head up.
