Its with my deepest sadness to post on Tuesday, May 13, 2014, we lost a brother of the Ohio State Highway Patrol. Trooper Daniel Skinny Laubacher, age 39, of the Wooster Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, passed unexpectedly Tuesday. Trooper Laubacher was a local graduated from Perry High School and a 14 year veteran of the Ohio State Highway Patrol. Trooper Laubacher is survived by his wife and three young children. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Trooper Laubachers family, friends, and our brothers of the badge. Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God.
