#ItsBeenThatKindOfMorning So ... Ive been holed up in my bed the last couple days due to pretty intense pain and lots of dizziness and Im trying to avoid the hospital again, and today is no different (Dont worry. Im seeing my OB today). After breakfast I got back in bed and propped up the pillows perfectly so I was comfy and sitting up to be able to write, and then pulled the comforter over me so I would be nice and warm in my lovely igloo temp house. Keep in mind, this perfect space took about 3-4 minutes to get in/make. I grabbed my laptop desk and set it on my lap, then reached for my laptop ....... that wasnt there. *insert dramatic sigh here* I get out of bed, go to the kitchen, get my laptop, and get back in bed. But before I get perfectly comfortable again, I realize my water bottle is already empty so I go back and fill it up. Then once I am back in my perfect space, I hear my phone go off ... in the kitchen. *insert childish pout here* I seriously consider not going to get it until I realize that my house phone is sitting directly next to my cell phone, and I need at least one of them so my #ManChild, mom, and best friend dont freak out when they cant get ahold of me - like they tend to do - since Ive been so sick. I get the phones and get back in my perfect space only to hear Riley trying to open the back door because Id let the #FurBabies out on my trip to the kitchen to fill up my water. (We do not leave our dogs outside ... they wouldnt let us anyway.) *insert language I know my mom wouldnt approve of* I once again get out of bed, let the dogs in, and reluctantly move everything out to the entertainment room, and get in my recliner. Because I just KNOW that if I get back in my perfect space in bed, someone will ring the doorbell and my overly hormonal pregnant self will start crying. But now Im so exhausted that I dont know how long Ill make it before falling asleep. On a brighter note, it IS Friday, and tonight the first cold-ish front of fall is coming in... and IM SO EXCITED FOR COOLER WEATHER.
