It’s National Cheesecake Day! We love this recipe for miniature strawberry cheesecake treats. Ingredients: 12 oz cream cheese, at room temperature 3 tbs of sugar 1 cup heavy cream 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs 12 oz fresh strawberries, sliced 8 glass jars Directions: 1. Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. 2. Set the mixer speed to low and slowly add heavy cream. Increase speed to high and beat for 2-3 minutes until thick. 3. Press graham cracker crumbs into the bottom of each jar. Spoon cheesecake batter over graham cracker layer and garish with fresh sliced strawberries. 4. Served chilled.
