It’s a Heart Thing Remind me that when someone comes online, - TopicsExpress

It’s a Heart Thing Remind me that when someone comes online, it’s not like seeing someone down the street…don’t get excited and start chatting, chances are they don’t want to Remind me that when you go online and you see someone online too and then they click off, it may not be because they have seen you come online and don’t want to chat with you. Remind me that young ones think it’s uncool when older people (especially relatives) post in their threads. Remind me that when I read a post….it is probably better to delete the comment Remind me that when you text someone, it’s not like ringing them on the phone….so don’t get chatty Remind me that texting is fine for telling loved ones important and significance news ….. Remind me that with texting there is no need to worry about the things that are not said that would normally be said over the phone or face to face. Probably not worth saying anyway Remind me to text more often because ringing can annoy people. Remind me that its ok if people answer your texts after you have just tried ringing Remind me not to reply to a text with a phone call. Oh unless the text says ‘call me’ Remind me that texting says it all or at least says enough. There’s no need to know the ins and out of whats going on Remind me that it’s ok that the text only gives me words and there’s no need to hear expressions Remind me not to have guilt feelings because I want to know more than what the text tells me Remind me not to beat myself up because I desperately want to ring Remind me not to beat myself up because I should have rung anyway Remind me not to make people feel guilty because they like to text more than ring Remind me that “that’s just the way it is”!!!! And every time I hear a text message arrive I am reminded to be thankful that my kids are still alive to be able to press that SEND button Remind me to be thankful I have a cat!!!! Remember: For many people, the spoken word or a phone call is more valuable than any animated texted word.
