It’s a matter of future of Ministry of Defense. I am asking my readers to repost this information, it MUST be shared! Now it’s just like it is very well described in the famous saying about cheap talks. Would you like to help your country? Would you like to help the army? Would you like to change the system? To start the reforms inside MoD? For God’s sake, now we are ready to give you this possibility. You have all the components, now it’s time to lock and load. You will be despised by the acquaintances of yours, volunteers-colleagues will call you bastard but you will know for sure that each day you do something really important for all guys in the frontline. We need 12 desperate people. Well, actually it’s already 10 – Nelly Stelmakh and Diana Petrenya were delegated from Wings of Phoenix. In synthesis via David Braun: Minister of Defense has taken the decision to strengthen the performance of Ministry with the involvement of the professionals from outside. In the first place the professional candidates who act as volunteers will be considered. As of now it’s everything related to supply of apparel, food, and medical stuff. The employment procedure is as follows: 1. If you think that you are able to improve fundamentally the activity of supply system of MoD, that apart from desire you have real professional skills which could be useful in this activity, that you are ready for a VERY modest salary of specialist to sacrifice your time for the good of your Motherland, please send your CV to rada.volonterov@gmail. Please indicate your contact details. In your letter please mention which position you would like to take and describe your view of the activity to be performed in this position, what you are planning to do in order to improve your job. Please describe your previous working experience and why you think that you are the best candidate for this position. 2. All CVs will be accepted and considered till end of the week. Those that are obviously not compliant with the requirements will be excluded; others will be invited for the first interview. 3. After the first interview with the Council of Volunteers all candidates who pass it and meet preliminary criteria will enroll into the second interview with the employees of HR Department of MoD and key specialists of those departments of MoD to which the candidates apply. 4. The candidates selected after these steps will have to sign personal consent for the polygraph check. During the check three topics will be addressed: 1/ attitude to corruption and stealing; 2/ patriotic feelings to your country; 3/ possible relation to foreign citizens and security services. 5. Let’s start working. All these steps have to be passed and completed in one week so the time is really scarce. In parallel we are studying and basically completing to formalize the legal scheme which would LEGALLY allow to pay bonuses to these specialists from the special fund to which people would be able to contribute their donations in order to be able to hire great specialists and pay them competitive salary.
