You can create some great at-home circuits that will help burn calories, and keep your metabolism revved! Here’s an example of a workout that can be done with minimal equipment:Try 10-30 reps of several exercises, rest for a few minutes, and repeat! Here are some examples: squats lunges burpees mountain climbers jumping jacks push ups bench dips speed skaters jump squats step-ups (on chair or step) v-ups You dont have to do them all. Just do as much as you can with the time you have.
