It’s amazing how your life can change in a instant. One minute your on your way to Walmart and the next your in a hospital bed with titanium in your body. Your life can be turned upside down before you realize it! Life doesn’t care who you are or where you come from. Life doesn’t care if you’re a US National Champion of Parachuting with over 10,000 parachute jumps, an Army Ranger or that you’ve landed a small high performance parachute on the summit of Europe’s highest mountain. It doesn’t care if you started the Pro Swooping Tour or you’ve helped pioneer a new sport. Life doesn’t care if your 19 or 43, male or female, American or European. Life can change in a minute...for better or worse. It has been a very painful journey for me & my wife since our motorcycle accident. The uninsured driver that hit us has turned our lives upside down. The accident ripped up our bodies and put us in the hospital with multiple surgeries. We required titanium rods & plates to repair our broken femurs & feet. The total cost of this accident is still adding up but the impact will run into the hundreds of thousands of dollars. The hospital bills are already over $200,000 and there is still the financial strain of day to day living expenses. To make things worse, me & my wife didnt have health insurance.
