It’s essential to decipher what’s safe, desirable, unpleasant or even dangerous in this diverse and challenging world. Learning to interpret what you see and chart an intelligent course of action is part of living skillfully. Critically judging and condemning others because you don’t like (or understand) the choices they make is unhealthy and (self) destructive. Just like eating something really sour makes your face scrunch and deform, regularly judging and condemning others is like spraying a wash of bitterness over your entire being
