It’s instant! It’s Delicious! Its #Insta_licious For those who find PCMC area uninitiated and drab, might wanna reconsider! #Insta_licious is the newest and hippest eatery right here in Nigdi with a menu so exclusive that you won’t find it in even in six km radius. Now you don’t need to drive all the way to the city for that #instacraving for waffles, pancakes, nachos, Panini and #instafavorite cheesy Maggi! This is the only place in the whole of PCMC where you can get all this goodness, and get it at unbelievably reasonable prices. Dear students of neighboring colleges… we know you’re so done with pav bhaji and bhelpuris… check out our #instapickoftheday! When a café is Instagram inspired, it’ll naturally have cutesy nooks and corners - Origami butterflies, painted drums, bare filament bulbs and Goa shack like lose sand- but what takes it to an all together different level is that all this tastefully done up interior is of a café in a very average area like Nigdi. Kudos to Subramanya and his team for bringing in a breath of fresh ideas. But the breath of fresh ideas doesn’t stop at décor and ambience; it trickles to the menu too! Here’s what we tried that made us say this… Nachos Not just ordinary run-of-the-mill stuff, these are home made nachos that come with a topping of baked beans and cheese. The otherwise overtly sweet tinned baked beans have been tweaked with spices and herbs. The end result is a dish you’d wont wanna share! MCCG Where there is instant food, there has to be maggi. The good’ol cheesy garlic Maggie comes topped with olives (slurp slurp) If you want more from it, top yours with paneer or mushroom too. Waffles with Chocolate We could believe we were eating ‘waffles’ and while we were sitting in Nigdi (that disoriented feeling!) the batter is freshly home made… worth a try! BMT Panini This Basil, Mozzarella and tomato combo comes sandwiched in crispy Panini bread. However the real star is the fresh spicy homemade salsa. Pancake with Nutella Thin layer of, yet again, homemade batter, these thin pan cakes are served without any compromise on nutella! The chef has honed his skills at some of the finest fine dine chains and is determined to bring it here but at super slashed price. So you can savor whilst you save!
