It’s so hard to teach a camera, to teach to no one, to talk - TopicsExpress

It’s so hard to teach a camera, to teach to no one, to talk straight into a camera, and just go continuously without anyone asking you a question so you can stop babbling, or having a cell phone go off, or just have someone shift in their seat, or hear someone cough or see someone blink or just look at you even if the look is a look of what the hell are you talking about teacher :-) Something about those little things are so much needed to not sound or look like a robot :-) and why the hell was I swaying back and forth. I need to take some lessons how to teach to a camera :-) Anything out there? Now, Im not worried about my speech. Mrs. Harvey, my elementary speech teacher tried to fix that for 5 years, and it aint work :-) Im more talking about not s-o-u-n-d-i-n-g --- a-n-d --- l-o-o-k-i-n-g --- l-i-k-e --- a --- r-o-b-o-t when teaching a camera. NOTE to self, and if it helps anyone else thats cool too: So Next time, don’t sway back and forth like Im preparing for a run, and maybe film myself in an actual in-class mind/body exercise course teaching this same lesson. Man, I should of filmed this same spiel when I taught it at the Rec Center because it was to real people, and they looked back at me, and honestly, I knew for a fact 2 people didnt even want to stay and listen, and thats what made it feel like a real class because they still stayed :-)
