It’s summer! The light of this season brings great cheer after winter’s chill and springs’ blossoming. Our theme, like the summer sun, warms us with hope and possibility. We will explore an emerging perspective by spiritual teachers such as Gay Hendricks - that we are evolving into the capacity to sustain a joy filled state of being. Reflect on what brings you joy. Feel your heart as you experience joy. What happens with your breath? How much joy are you open to? Let’s support and encourage each other to join the evolutionary arc of transcendent humans.
